Selma Railroad Run


New York had it’s marathon, Selma had a 5K. The race started at 8 am. With mild temperature but high humidity. This picture shows about 100 runners at the start.

We've just had the Great North Run in South Shields, all good fun and lots of money raising by 50,000 runners.
